By simply grabbing the handle, it can be easily released from your winch. Placing the handle is even easier. Simply place the handle in the socket and the locking mechanism automatically secures the handle.

The lightweight Holmatro Extreme Winch Handle has an improved grab-bar running along the inner half-length of its top surface. Grabbing this bar actuates the mechanism to unlock the handle in a most natural way.  This new, easier to use, unlock-mechanism (patent pending) is the best currently available and has improved durability and corrosion resistance.

The Holmatro Extreme Winch Handle is forged out of salt water resistant aluminium, and is the lightest metal ‘One Touch’ model on the market.

The winch handle comes in 3 models of grip:

1. Single-grip
2. Power-grip for demanding sailors, allowing double handed operation and maximum speed
3. Double grip, providing 2 hand operation above  each-other 
    

All grip’s have hybrid composite bearings allowing maximum efficiency and performance. All models are available in both 200 and 250 mm (8” and 10”) lengths.
